You're credit card statement will indicate a PayPal/Toy Box Treasures payment. If you do not wish to use PayPal, please phone in or fax your order and we will gladly process it for you directly through our merchant service. Every item sold by Toy Box Treasures has been carefully selected to provide the best in play and educational value. It is our priority and commitment to provide you with the utmost quality service. We accept returns or exchanges on everything we sell except for clearance items. Please return our merchandise back to us unused and in the original packaging, otherwise, you may not receive full credit if your items are not in saleable condition. Returns
If you wish to return an item, it must be received in the original packaging (including all internal packaging) and be in complete resalable condition within 60 days of purchase. Returns must be accompanied by a copy of your receipt and a brief note outlining the reason for the return. Returns should be packaged in such a way that they are received intact and shipped via prepaid ground delivery, with tracking number, to our warehouse address. You can expect that your return will be resolved within 10 business days of receipt of your return. Once the product has been received in resalable condition, a refund will be issued to your credit card.
Unfortunately, we cannot refund original shipping and handling fees.
Non Returnable Items
Sale items are not returnable.
Damaged or Defective Products
When you receive your package(s) please inspect it carefully as well as the items included. It is typical for shipping boxes to endure some wear during transit. If you believe you have received a damaged or defective product, please call or email us with specific information regarding damaged or defective products. It is very important that you contact our Customer Care Dept. before returning any products to ensure the return process is as easy and efficient as possible.
Product Warranties
Any warranty information will come in the packaging with your item. If there is no warranty information provided, the 60 day return policy applies.
Shipping
Currently we only ship to Canada and the 48 contingeous States in the U.S via CP Expedited Service. This is the most cost-effective option. It offers a tracking service but does not guarantee a date/time of delivery.
